Meet the Team
Jamie Corkal
Jamie is a passionate individual who cares deeply about the people he works with. With over a decade of experience working in healthcare and eight years as a physiotherapist he understands that each person is unique and requires specific and personalized care. Jamie excels at problem solving and directing people towards appropriate treatment through his relationships with physicians, surgeons and allied health professionals. Jamie’s desire is to help everyone he works with accomplish their goals and is qualified to administer manual joint mobilization, soft tissue stretching, intramuscular stimulation and functional dry needling therapies. Finally, each treatment plan utilizes progression check-points that holds both physiotherapist and patient accountable to positive outcomes.
Jamie’s physiotherapy practice is reflective of Rebel’s core values: inclusivity, empowerment and trust. Every physiotherapy appointment should be a positive experience where patients are acknowledged, heard and valued. Physiotherapy at Rebel Rehab fosters safe spaces for individuals to experience care that is judgement-free and without discrimination.

- Vertigo, dizziness and vestibular disorders (ie. BPPV)

Eli McCay
Eli is a genuine and lighthearted therapist with a passion for helping others see their potential for healing. Eli has spent his career working to create a welcoming, collaborative, client-led therapeutic space. He deeply understands that we are all trying to care for ourselves, and believes that challenges can lead to incredible self compassion, transformation and joy. As a man of trans experience, with a long history of chronic health issues, he respects the effort it takes to journey towards deeper self-knowledge, growth and healing, and knows there are unlimited ways to live a meaningful, vibrant life.
He first began working in healthcare in 2006, and has been a Registered Social Worker since 2014. His professional experience has ranged from educational institutions, hospitals and supportive housing agencies, as well as the private sector. Additionally, Eli’s passion for whole-person health have also led him to pursue education and certifications in nutrition, wellness and lifestyle medicine. In session, he strives to meet people exactly where they are at, utilizing his breadth of professional education and experience to create a unique approach for each person. In his continued commitment to his career and his clients, he attends regular clinical supervision, as well as numerous workshops and other training opportunities throughout the year.
Eli Lives in Hamilton with his fiancee, Lindsay, their one-eyed wonder-dog, Finnegan, and many plants. He is a former competitive rower and coach with a passion for the outdoors. When he’s not spending time in nature, you will often find Eli reading memoirs, watching stand up comedy, and learning about the cosmos.
