Virtual Counselling

Counselling is an approach to improving mental health and overall wellbeing that utilizes a supportive, trusting relationship between the therapist and client as the central element. Conversations involve addressing challenging emotions, thoughts and/or behaviours identified by the client. During sessions, the therapist helps the client to work on these issues by using various therapeutic modalities, such as cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), relational psychotherapy, mindfulness-integrated techniques, as well as trauma-focused approaches, depending on client needs and preferences.
